New shader!

New features:

- PBS Multi UV shader! (based on requests from Bom "Bitman" bomb, @Coffee Maker and @Aegis_Wolf )

-- Both metallic and specular

-- Supports texture offset and scale for each of the maps

-- Supports using alternate UV channels on the mesh individually for each map (e.g. mesh can have secondary UV's for lightmaps and emissive map can be mapped to that)

-- Supports secondary albedo for color detail (e.g. coloring base mesh)

-- Supports secondary emissive for detail (e.g. using both normal emissive + lightmap, or customization)


- Added a collider on 360 Camera avatar, lack of which prevented it from being grabbed and moved around (discovered by @Coffee4ever )

- Reorganized materials into more sub-groups
