New update with more optimizations and some important bugfixes


- Massive performance and memory improvement when updating Font Materials (e.g. fonts with changing outline)

- Optimized value user override CPU and memory usage

- Asset gathering database lookups are now done on a background thread

- Reduced memory allocations for

-- Getting Local/Cloud home from list of active worlds

-- A bunch of other places

- Added memory pooling to SyncDictionary delta changes


- Fixed crash/corruption due to reuse for pooled array in sync elements (reported by @Aegis_Wolf and @ProbablePrime )
